Beautexis Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Beautexis purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, here's how returns and refunds work:

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Timeframe: You may return most items within [30 days] of delivery.

  • Condition Requirements:

    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with tags attached.

    • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

  • Final Sale Items: The following cannot be returned:

    • Sale/clearance items

    • Gift cards

    • Personalized/custom products

    • Opened skincare/cosmetics (for hygiene reasons)

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email [contact@beautexis.com] within [3 days] of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Product name & reason for return

    • Photos if item is damaged/defective

  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll email you a Return Authorization (RMA) number

  3. Ship It Back: Send the item to:

    • Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend insured mail).

3. Refund Process

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within [5-10 business days] after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refund Method:

    • Original payment method (credit/debit/PayPal)

    • Store credit (if requested)

  • Deductions:

    • Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility (unless item was defective/wrong).

    • A [X%] restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.

4. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Instead:

    1. Return the original item for a refund.

    2. Place a new order for the desired product.

5. Damaged/Defective Items

  • Contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos/video proof.

  • We’ll cover return shipping and send a free replacement (if available) or full refund.

6. International Returns

  • Customers are responsible for:

    • Return shipping costs

    • Customs/duties fees

    • Beautexis cannot refund original shipping charges.

7. Non-Returnable Situations

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse/normal wear.

  • Returns without an RMA number.

  • Lost return packages (we recommend tracking/insurance).
